Frontend rebuild for a casino platform, focused on speed, stability, and predictable user flows. The platform's users are players who need fast section-to-section navigation, a clear interface, and stable pages. The focus was on assembling a complete frontend for the typical casino flows and establishing a scalable frontend foundation for ongoing changes after launch.
We worked with the product manager and the lead responsible for audience acquisition. They already had the launch calendar and marketing materials lined up for the new visual direction. They came in needing the site modernized on a tight schedule, without breaking behavior for players who were used to the previous version. What they needed was a team that could deliver quickly on the frontend and preserve the core interaction patterns of the platform.

We built the frontend as a separate, controllable product layer on a modern stack, so there is a base for future iterations. We also got priorities aligned upfront — predictable release, stable page behavior, and readable UI states.
Frontend architecture
We built on Next.js with a split into pages and modular UI components. We managed state and interaction across the interface through Redux, to keep control over the logic and simplify maintenance.

At the start we aligned with the client on two things: launch goals and timeline. We defined the must-have scope for the first release. We agreed the design would be new, but anchored on the previous site. The working approach: fast progress with regular check-ins so we'd land with minimal gaps.
After launch, the client had a scalable frontend foundation ready for continued growth. The product went live on schedule, meeting the agreed release timeline.
