We packaged products and services into clean landing pages and gave the team a fast content-editing setup, so the website runs as a lead-generation channel without constant developer involvement.
A platform that introduces visitors to Promius's products and services for business automation and guides them toward targeted actions through relevant landing pages. The core interaction scenarios: pick a direction (product or service), grasp the essence of the solution quickly, compare approaches, and submit an inquiry. The content is written so it lands equally well with specialists and with decision-makers who need a solution without diving into terminology.
Promius is a young business IT-automation company that grew out of an established team inside a larger organization and was spun off into a separate business as project volume and headcount kept climbing. Its products and services cover management and inventory accounting, plus implementation and ongoing support for business-process solutions — a space where the client typically knows the problem exists but isn't sure which solution actually fits. The website had to do three things at once: explain the complex in plain language, lead each visitor along the path that matches their real intent, and let the in-house team update materials quickly without engineering on-call.
A complex product offering
The site had to explain technically rich solutions so that business owners and managers could understand them, without losing the trust of more technical readers through oversimplification.
A large volume of information
Each product and service has many important moving parts, so the page structure had to hold attention without overwhelming the reader.
Different traffic intents
The project needed separate pages for each product and service, each one closing a specific intent and leading to inquiry without forcing the visitor to dig through the menu.
Technical requirements
The client wanted a website that stays fast, doesn't feel outdated, and doesn't require constant post-launch development work.
Content editing
The team needed a clear back office where they could update copy, blocks, and page structure on their own.
We built the site as a system of landing pages with a repeatable presentation logic, so any product or service reads as equally clear. The foundation: a fast Next.js frontend paired with Directus for content management, so marketing and management could keep the site current without engineering involvement.
Page logic that makes complexity understandable
We standardized the structure of product and service pages so users could quickly grasp the core value, see the key capabilities, and move to the next action without overload.
Separate SEO-friendly landing pages for each product and service
We split the content into standalone pages so both paid and organic traffic land directly in the right context and get a full answer inside a single page.
Minimalist design tuned for readability and trust
We kept plenty of white space, simple geometric forms, and restrained interactions, so the focus stayed on meaning and argument rather than decoration.
Content management through Directus
We modeled the content entities for products, services, blog, and reusable system blocks so updates happen fast and without technical dependencies.
Performance as a baseline requirement
We built the frontend so pages stay light, predictable in load time, and ready to scale with content growth without losing speed.
We started by walking through the situations in which clients come to Promius. We collected the most common requests from sales and support, defined the language managers use against the language technical specialists use, and pinpointed where misunderstanding tends to creep in between them. From that, we decided which pages had to explain the problem in plain business language and where more depth was needed to keep the trust of technically savvy readers. We also defined early that every page leads directly to a clear next step — a short consultation, a proposal request, or a demo.
