Website relaunch that replaced an unsupported WordPress setup with a fast, stable platform — improving performance, content control, and lead generation.
A corporate website for a company that builds custom wardrobes and made-to-order furniture. Visitors browse the service lines, review past projects, and can submit an inquiry form in seconds. The client's team manages content independently via the admin panel.
A French manufacturer of custom furniture, where sales depend on trust in build quality and on the portfolio of completed projects. The website is the first point of contact with new clients and the way to showcase the quality of execution without long explanations. The previous site ran on WordPress and lost contractor support — which led to outages and a stuck feature set.
A site without support
When the previous contractor disappeared, the WordPress setup started to fall apart, and every fix became slower and more expensive.
An outdated look
Visually, the site no longer matched the level of the product, so the portfolio and services were not convincing.
Content control
The client needed to update pages and projects without going through a developer.
Fast relaunch
They needed a stable site quickly so business operations wouldn't be affected waiting for inbound work to come in.
We migrated the site to Next.js as the basis for a fast, stable frontend, and connected Directus as the headless CMS for content management. We also assembled the pages and components from the approved layouts, designed a workable structure for the portfolio and service pages, and configured the inquiry form as the primary lead channel. Separately, we addressed the performance and stability issues so the site wouldn't "break" during routine updates.
New frontend on Next.js
We migrated the site structure to a modern stack with predictable navigation and fast pages, so users move naturally toward the portfolio and the contact form.
Headless CMS for content management
We enabled editing pages, services, and projects through the admin panel so the team could update the site on their own.
New design and portfolio structure
We structured the pages from the approved layouts in a way that puts case studies at the center, as the main proof of competence.
Inquiry form and core conversion flow
We implemented the form and the submission logic so the site works as a real channel for new requests.
Stability before release
We ran through the core scenarios, addressed the technical bottlenecks, and prepared the site for painless future updates.
We started by defining what should stay, what caused issues, and which pages were genuinely needed for sales. We aligned on what "ready for the first release" looked like so the scope wouldn't balloon.
After relaunch, the client now operates a stable, manageable platform that presents the product clearly and no longer depends on external contractor support.
