We refreshed the entire site of the system integrator so it works equally well for high-intent traffic from ads and referrals — and for the visitors who simply want to check whether this company can be trusted with their IT infrastructure.
Five years ago, we built the original corporate website for IT-LANCE. It performed reliably for a long time, but eventually stopped matching the company's current positioning and the bar of the market. The client decided to go through a full redesign and technical modernization so the website would once again pull its weight as a sales, hiring, and partnership tool. New advertising campaigns were being prepared in parallel, so the structure and messaging had to hold up under paid traffic as well.
IT-LANCE is a system integrator that builds and supports business IT ecosystems. The company manages servers, access, security, and service stability — without surprise outages. We'd been working with the team for a long time, so we already knew the website had to do two things well: communicate competence without padded claims, and remove distrust before the first contact.
Trust first
Businesses don't hand over access to their infrastructure without a sense of control and security. The site had to communicate maturity, process discipline, accountability, and real experience.
The site as a system
Homepage, services, About, case studies, testimonials, thank-you letters, contacts — every page had to guide the visitor toward a specific decision.
Preserving recognizability
The client wanted to keep the familiar visual code of the brand, but make it feel current — through updated grids, typography, section logic, factual presentation, and proof blocks.
Technical modernization
The old site ran on basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Front-end quality, speed, and UX predictability all had to be lifted, so the site wouldn't feel outdated and could carry the next phase of development.
Website structure built around real user scenarios
We aligned navigation and section logic so visitors find what they need faster, don't get lost in the menu, and stay on the path toward an inquiry.
Updated design while preserving the brand DNA
We kept the recognizable identity of the company, but refreshed the visual system — more breathing space, cleaner components, more readable blocks, sharper accents.
Trust-building and practical content
We repackaged the key sections so the site answers the real questions a B2B client asks: who the company is, how it works, how access is controlled, what guarantees exist, who is accountable, what the case record looks like.
Technical quality of the site
We optimized the frontend and page loading, tightened the responsive layout, and pulled out the bottlenecks that were dragging on UX — leaving a clean technical foundation for the next stages of the redesign.
At the start, we identified that for B2B visitors the main barrier on the site is trust and the perceived risk of granting access to infrastructure. Through a series of interviews with the client's team, we documented the real decision triggers — incident response, SLA, process transparency, accountability, security approach — and the most common objections, like letting outsiders in, confidentiality, guarantees, and how the engagement starts and is controlled. In parallel, we agreed that the pages had to work for high-intent traffic — the visitor arrives from an ad and needs most of the answers within one or two scrolls.
